Guides

Add a household

Open Households, choose Add New Household, and enter the household name. Accounts, transactions, holdings, reports, and household documents stay organized together.

Record a transaction

Open the household, pick the account and enter the transaction. Holdings are worked out from transactions, so a mistake is fixed by reversing the transaction and recording it again — never by editing the holding.

Share a document

Open Documents, choose the file and, if it belongs to a household, pick that household. Anyone at your firm can open it; nobody outside the firm can. Remove it any time.

Make the platform yours

Firm settings holds branches and people, your logo and brand colour, security classifications, and the switches for features such as the investor portal and the document vault.

Common questions

What is a household?

The people whose money you look after together — usually an individual, a couple, or a family. Accounts and holdings sit under a household.

Who can see what?

Firm access is controlled by each person’s role. An investor signing in through the portal sees only their own household. Another firm can never see any of it.

How does the free trial work?

Thirty days, no card. A sample household with holdings is added so you can see the platform working; nothing is deleted when the free trial ends.

Who owns our data?

You do. It stays yours and is available to you at any time — see our Data promise.
