01

1. License

We grant your firm a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for your advisory business while these terms remain in effect.

02

2. Permitted users

Only your firm’s employees and people you authorise may use the platform. You are responsible for their use and for keeping sign-in details secure.

03

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the platform’s source code; use it to build a competing product; probe or bypass its security; or use it unlawfully.

04

4. Your data

Your firm owns the data it puts into the platform. We use it only to provide the service, keep it secured and backed up, and make it available to you on request, during and after your use of the platform.

05

5. Sample data

Workspaces may include fictional sample households, accounts and prices for demonstration. They are not real and must not be relied on.

06

6. No investment advice

The platform, including AI-generated content, is a tool for professionals. It does not provide investment, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for advice given to your clients and for regulatory compliance.

07

7. Confidentiality

Non-public information about the platform, its pricing and roadmap is confidential. Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care.

08

8. Feedback

If you share suggestions, we may use them to improve the platform without obligation to you.

09

9. Plans and charges

Charges begin only after an authorised user for your firm selects or accepts a paid plan. Fees may be based on your firm’s utilisation and the current pricing provided in Plans and Payments within firm settings. The plan selected or accepted there, together with the pricing shown there, governs your billing. The end of a free period alone does not authorise us to begin charging you.

010

10. No warranty

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

011

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees your firm paid us during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no fees were paid.

012

12. Term and termination

These terms remain in effect while your firm uses the platform. Either party may end the agreement as permitted by the selected plan or applicable law. When the agreement ends, the license stops; your data remains available to you on request.

013

13. General

Governing law: [to be confirmed]. These terms may be updated; the version accepted is recorded when you accept them. Questions: lincoln.ross@digitalwealthexperience.com.
